Pilgrimage Overview
Dear Friends in Christ,
Please join me and explore Machu Picchu, built in the 15th Century, and abandoned when the Inca Empire was conquered by the Spaniards in the 16th Century. To this day, many of Machu Picchu’s mysteries remain unresolved, including the exact role it may have played in the Incas’ sophisticated understanding of astronomy and domestication of wild plant species.
Then we will travel to Cuzco, the ancient capital of the Inca Empire, which now has a number of Catholic Churches. In Lima we will pray at the burial sites of Saint Rose of Lima and San Martin de Porres. And so much more! I’m anticipating this pilgrimage to fill quickly, so don’t delay!
