DAY 1
Depart USA

Depart for your overnight flights to Dubai with meals and beverages served aloft.

DAY 2
Arrive Dubai

Today we arrive in the beautiful city of Dubai. After visa formalities we continue to our hotel for dinner and overnight. Overnight: Dubai (D)

DAY 3
Dubai

This morning we begin with a city tour of the main highlights of Dubai with its high rising towers of Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab. There is time for lunch in the city of Dubai, before continuing to our hotel in time to get ready for our 2-hour dinner cruise at the creek of Dubai. Continue to our hotel for dinner and overnight. DAY 4
Dubai

This morning we spend time at the beautiful Miracle Garden. The afternoon is at leisure. We then head back to the hotel for some rest before we leave for our evening safari dinner. Overnight: Dubai (B, D)

DAY 5
Flights to The Holy Land

Upon arrival into Tel Aviv, we will be greeted by our Holy Land Travel Center representative and tour guide who will be accompanying us during the pilgrimage. We will immediately transfer to our hotel in Bethlehem. Overnight: Bethlehem (D)

DAY 6
Bethlehem

On our first day in the Holy Land we present an overview for a better understanding of its geography and some of the key sites surrounding the area and what makes it such a unique area to the three major religions – Judaism, Christianity and Islam. We then head to the village of Ein Karem, the birthplace of St John the Baptist and to the Church of Visitation where the Blessed Virgin Mary visited her cousin, Elizabeth, and proclaimed the ‘Magnificat’. In the afternoon we drive to the Shepherd’s Fields where the angels announced the birth of Jesus. Then we visit the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem that stands upon the site where Jesus was born. DAY 7
Galilee

After breakfast, we head to Caesarea by the Sea to visit the Roman Crusader remains before we continue to Haifa. Upon arrival in Haifa, we will visit Stella Maris, a Carmelite Monastery with the Madonna of Mt Carmel. Next, we stop at the Baha’i Gardens, which includes a staircase of nineteen terraces extending all the way up the northern slope of Mount Carmel. We continue to Nazareth and the Basilica of Annunciation where we will celebrate Mass. We enjoy a visit to Joseph’s carpentry shop before we continue Cana, where couples will have the opportunity to renew wedding vows. We continue to Nazareth where we check into our hotel before dinner and overnight. Overnight: Nazareth (B, D)

DAY 8
The Ministry of Christ In the Galilee

Some of today’s highlights are a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee to Capernaum to see the synagogue and St Peter’s house, a visit to the Mount of the Beatitudes where the Sermon on the Mount was given, to Tabgha to see the splendid mosaic about the miracle of the loaves and fishes, and to the nearby Church of Peter’s Primacy where Peter was told ” Feed my lambs, feed my sheep.” There will be an unforgettable Mass near the shores of the Sea of Galilee at the Primacy or Mt Beatitudes. Next, we head the Magdala Center, the village of Mary Magdalene, where we visit the newly built church on site and the newly excavated ruins. In the afternoon we visit Caesarea Philippi, the location of the testimony of St. Peter and where Jesus answered him “You are the Rock and upon this rock I will build my Church.” Overnight: Nazareth (B, D)

DAY 9
Galilee

We then head to Mount Tabor, the site of the Transfiguration where we celebrate Mass before we continue to Jordan River, Dead Sea, Jericho. At the oasis town of Jericho, visit the excavations of the oldest city in the world and view Mt. Temptation where Jesus fasted and was tempted by Satan. We are then led to the river Jordan where we remember Christ’s Baptism. On the way back there is time for a swim (or rather a float!) in the mineral-rich waters of the Dead Sea. We then have a visit to Bethany where Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead before returning to Bethlehem for dinner and overnight. Overnight: Bethlehem (B, D)

DAY 10
Jerusalem, The Passion of Jesus' Last Hours

We begin our day with a visit to the Mount of Olives where Jesus prayed, continue to the Chapel of Ascension where Jesus ascended into heaven. Next, we visit the church of Pater Noster where Jesus taught the disciples the Lord’s Prayer. Next, we walk the Palm Sunday road, stopping at Dominus Flevit, where Jesus wept over Jerusalem. Then to Gethsemane, the Rock of Agony where Jesus prayed His last prayer before his arrest. Next, we head to Mount Zion, visiting the cave of Assumption (Dormition Abbey) of Mary to heaven. We visit the room of the Last Supper, King David’s Tomb, and the Church of St. Peter Gallicantu, where Peter denied Jesus three times. We end our day visiting the Palace of Caiaphas, home of the corrupt Jewish high priest. We enjoy dinner and overnight at our hotel. Overnight: Bethlehem (B, D)

DAY 11
The Way of The Cross

After breakfast we head to Jerusalem and start our visit with St Anne Church (the traditional birthplace of the Virgin Mary). Continue to view the Sisters of Zion, Ecco Homo where Pilate proclaimed “Behold the man.” Next, we retrace the last steps of Jesus as we walk along the Via Dolorosa (Way of Sorrow), through the markets of the Old City praying the Stations of the Cross at each station shrine, we reflect on the greatness of His sacrifice. Finally, we arrive at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre for Mass. Time and schedule permitting, we will have special time for Adoration in the Garden of Gethsemane. Dinner and overnight at our hotel. Overnight: Bethlehem (B, D)

DAY 12
Egypt

This morning, we take our flight from Tel Aviv to Cairo. After visa formalities, we continue our pilgrimage travelling to Old Cairo to visit the Citadel. We then check into our hotel for dinner and overnight. Overnight: Cairo (B, D)

DAY 13
Cairo

Today we start our tour to visit the famous Egyptian Museum, here we shall provide you with a brief, but colorful insight into the five-thousand-year history of our fascination l Continue to visit One of the Seven Wonders of the world, the Pyramids of Giza ” CHEOPS, MEKERINUS & CHEPHREN ” Your tour ends with a visit of the majestic Sphinx, which is the largest single block sculpture located at the foot of the grandest Pyramid Chephren. Overnight: Cairo (B, D)

DAY 14
Aswan

Check-out and transfer to the Cairo Domestic airport for departure flight to Aswan. Arrival at Aswan airport, meet/assist and directly start the tour to visit the High Dam, the Granite Quarries and Philae temple. Transfer to embark the cruise ship, Lunch on board, P.M felucca ride passing by the Botanical garden and Agha Khan Mausoleum. Overnight: Cruise Ship (B, D)

DAY 15
Komombo

Sail to Komombo, Lunch on board, visit the temple shared by the two gods, Sobek and Harories, sail to Edfu. Overnight: Cruise Ship (B, D)

DAY 16
Edfu
Visit the temple of Horus in Edfu, Breakfast on board, sail to Luxor visa Esna and cross Esna lock. Lunch on board, afternoon at leisure and enjoy sailing, dinner on board and overnight. Overnight: Cruise Ship (B, D)
DAY 17
West Bank

Disembarkation after breakfast, visit the West Bank, including the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, Hatshepsut temple at Al Deir El Bahari and Colossi of Memnon, visit the East Bank, including Karnak and Luxor temples. Transfer to Luxor airport for departure flight LUXOR/CAIRO. Arrival at the Cairo Domestic airport, meet/assist and transfer to the hotel, check-in, evening at leisure and overnight Cairo. Overnight: Cairo (B, D)

DAY 18
Cairo International Airport
Today we depart Cairo to return home with memories and keepsakes to last a lifetime. (B)
