In today’s changing travel environment, it’s important to protect your travel investment so you can relax and enjoy your trip. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, baggage loss or even a sudden sickness or injury could impact your travel plans. For your convenience, we offer a Travelex Insurance Services protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. Please note: This plan may not be purchased after you have made final payment for your covered trip unless you are purchasing post departure coverage only. Not interested in insuring your trip cost? You can purchase post departure coverage by insuring a trip cost of $0 to be eligible for all post departure benefits along with Trip Interruption – Return Air Only coverage up to $1,000. The Trip Interruption – Return Air Only benefit provides coverage in the event you have to interrupt a trip for a covered reason, you are eligible to file a claim and receive reimbursement for the additional economy transportation expense to return home, up to a maximum of $1,000. Why Should I purchase Travel Protection?

It can be beneficial in the event of cancelation, medical situations while travel, or other unforeseen circumstances. Travel Insured International has partnered with Holy Land Travel Center to provide optional coverage for its travelers. Can I insure arrangements outside of the tour package?

Yes! In fact, we strongly recommend that you insure all travel arrangements (extension trips, independent airfare, etc.) for optimal coverage. Please contact Travel Insured International for more information.

I’m not sure I want to purchase travel protection now. Can I buy it later?

You can purchase travel protection after completing your online booking journey, however it is best to make your decision at the time of registration. Some benefits are time-sensitive and may not be available for purchase later on.

How do I file a claim?

You may initiate a claim by contacting the Travel Insured’s Claims Department who will record the initial information concerning your claim and send you the appropriate claim form along with the “required documentation list” for completing and submitting your claim. Can I call Holy Land Travel Center for help with my claim?

Travel Insured International is the insurance expert — not Holy Land Travel Center. However, if you call Holy Land Travel Center, they may be able to help you get in touch with Travel Insured’s Claims Team and may be able to provide certain information to TII to help you submit a claim.
