Today we board our transatlantic flights to Beirut with meals and beverages served aloft. Anticipate arrival tomorrow morning.
Arrival to Beirut airport. After visa formalities we are met by our HLTC representative who will remain with us for the duration of our tour. If time permitting, we will visit the Rock of Raouche (called the Pigeons). Tour in the city center of Beirut, a traditional center area for business, finance, culture and pleasure which reconstruction is considered one of the most ambitious contemporary developments. Continue to visit some sites of Beirut before heading to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our morning with a visit to Our Lady of Mantara in Maghdouche. Then continue for a panoramic visit to the old Sidon including the sea castle, the old port and the market. Continue to Jezzine to visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Jezzine. The town is also famous for its production of handmade, traditional cutlery and daggers with decorative inlays. Transfer back to our hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, we visit the Monastery of Saint Antonius in “Quzhayya” where is the first printing press in the Middle East. Visit the Cedars of Lebanon (entrance included); the oldest cedar forest which trees are the symbol of the country and considered, along with other cedar forests, the real Cedars of Lord “Arz el Rab.” Transfer to Diman and watch the magnificent view of Kadisha the Holy Valley of Saints. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast, transfer to the old city of Jbeil—Byblos. Visit the Old Port, the old ancient city and market, St. John-Marc’s Cathedral, and the archaeological site of Byblos. Transfer to visit the old city of Tripoli. Transfer to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Jeita Grotto, a major tourist destination that plays an important social, economic and cultural role, and that has reached the finals of the competition in the new natural Seven Wonders. Visit Our Lady of Lebanon Harissa located 650 meters above sea level, an important pilgrimage site for Muslims and Christians. Then see the magnificent Basilica overlooking the Bay of Jounieh. Continue for a visit at the mosaic of St. Paul. We then head to Bkerke to see the Maronite Catholic Patriarchate. Though now exclusively used by the church, the area was once owned by the noble Khazen family. Head to our hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, transfer through the mountains of Annaya. Visit St. Charbel’s important shrine and pilgrimage site, as it is where St. Charbel spent his life. Celebration of a special Mass at St. Charbel Church and have the opportunity for some time in prayer near the shrine. Departure to Kfifan and visit St. Neemat Allah Hardini’s shrine canonized by St. John Paul II and the tomb of the Blessed St. Estephan Nehme. Then transfer to Jrabta and visit the tomb of St. Rafqa in St. Joseph Monastery. Visit the place where St. Rafqa lived. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. We then depart to Chouf and visit the Lady of the Mount, Beit Eddine Palace. Spend the day in Deir El Kamar. Continue to our hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, departure to Baalbeck and visit the famous temple. Arrival to Zahle, called the Bekaa’s Bride and Dar El Salaam, the City of Poetry, ranked first Arab city of creative cities in the UNESCO within traditional cooking, folklore and art. Then visit the “Lady of Karmeh”, the Arayesh Valley, Bardouni River, tour in the Ksara winery and wine tasting. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast we drive to Beirut to admire the ancient Phoenician City, famous for its magnificent Roman temple ruins. Return to our hotel for dinner and overnight.
This morning we bid farewell to Lebanon and transfer to the airport for our return flights home with memories and keepsakes to last a lifetime.
